    Yamaha's neo-classic versions of the MT-07 and MT-09 are getting style upgrades for the 2021 model year. The XSR700 and the XSR900 pack all the wallop of their modern-looking counterparts, but their paint and bodywork hearken back to the heady days of the RZ350 and its smoky ilk.

    Yamaha introduces the all-new 2021 Tracer 9 GT sport-tourer based around the potent 890cc triple from the MT-09.
    The all-new 2021 Yamaha Tracer 9 GT features semi-active electronic KYB suspension that can adjust to changing conditions on the fly.
    The Tracer 9 GT will get the six-axis IMU first developed for the R1, helping provide the ECU data to control the traction control, suspension, wheelie control, and others.
    The Tracer 9 GT's crossplane-crank triple got bored out by 3 millimeters per cylinder for next year, bumping up the bike's low-end grunt.

    Yamaha adds sharp neo-classic Radical White/Rapid Red colorway to 2021 XSR700 and 2021 XSR900.
    The 2021 Yamaha XSR700 keeps its familiar MT-07 underpinnings and retro style, set off with a new Radical White/Rapid Red paint scheme for the new year.
    Yamaha's MT-09-based XSR900 didn't get the new, larger crossplane triple this year, but it wears a brand-new Radical White/Rapid Red livery.
    Both the 2021 XSR700 and 2021 XSR900 will be available at dealers in December, at an MSRP of $8,499 for the XSR700 and $9,499 for the XSR900.
